Call Recording

Call recording is also active on all phones.  When in a call, simply dial *30 and your call will start to be recorded.  All recordings get saved to your user portal under the Call Recording folder. (see Phone User Portal guide).

Hot Desking

You can also bring your extension with you to another phone.  This feature temporarily changes the phone to your extension and can be used in instances where you’re working at another desk but still want to receive calls to your extension.  


  1. At the phone, press *11

  2. Enter in your extension at the prompt

  3. Enter user portal/voicemail PIN (same used to log into the user portal or check voicemail directly on your phone)

To log out, press *12.  This returns the phone back to its original extension.
